Welcome Back to Dovecote Nursery
At Dovecote Nursery, our focus remains on the wellbeing, happiness and continued development of every child.
We are pleased to be welcoming children back to Dovecote for in-person learning and care. This return has been carefully planned to ensure a safe, nurturing and positive experience for our nursery community. We also recognise that for some families, this transition may bring understandable questions, and we are committed to providing reassurance, clarity and support throughout.
Above all, we remain focused on ensuring that every child feels settled, secure and happy as they return to nursery, and that every family feels supported during this transition.
This page brings together key information for families, including guidance for children attending nursery in person, practical procedures, and answers to frequently asked questions.

A Safe and Settling Return
Your child’s return to Dovecote marks a return to our usual nursery environment, delivered in a calm, caring and carefully managed way to support the wellbeing, safety and experience of every child.
Working closely with the relevant authorities, approval has been granted on the basis of the measures, checks and procedures we have put in place to support a safe return for children and staff. These arrangements are designed to create a warm, structured and reassuring environment in which children can settle confidently back into nursery life.
