Currently serving as a preparatory school from FS1 and including Year 7 and 8, we will add classes up to Year 13 with A-levels

Dubai, UAE, 17th November 2019: We have announced a milestone expansion plan to continue providing education for students up to Year 13.

Currently operating classes up until Year 8, we will introduce Year 9 at the start of the 2020-21 academic year, and will continue to grow organically year on year.  We will provide the IGCSE curriculum up until Year 11, followed by A-levels for Year 12 and Year 13.

Making the announcement at the Annual Open Day, our Headmistress, Zoe Woolley said: “Since the inception of Foremarke School in 2013, we have grown exponentially and we are proud to be able to extend our educational offering to students for their holistic academic careers. Academic and sporting excellence, as well as performing arts, remain fundamental components of Foremarke School and we will continue to provide this to all our students throughout preparatory and secondary school years.”

The decision to add the new class years stemmed from parents’ desire to find a senior school that exuded the same prestige, ethos and successes as Foremarke.  “Listening to their feedback, we decided to offer continuity for our families who want their children to stay in Dubai and benefit from the excellent education they are receiving at Foremarke,” explains Woolley.

To accommodate the new cohort of students, a new wing was opened at our campus in 2018, with additional sporting facilities and dining halls introduced in order to accommodate for the extension and cater to our 1,200-student capacity.

We have a high number of specialist classrooms such as drama, art, music rooms, science labs and a dance studio, and already have specialist teachers qualified to teach at IGCSE and A-levels.  To maintain the high level of specialist education for future senior school students, we also plan to add more Design and Technology (DT) labs in the near future.

Meanwhile, EKI’s Dovecote Nursery, currently located in Jumeirah and providing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, will move to the Foremarke School campus from January 2020 – providing parents with holistic education offering for their children from their early years all the way up until graduation.
